| "Arrived late afternoon room ready and we had been upgraded to Exec. Club. Nice touch with afternoon tea, small dinner buffet and free drinks to about 7pm. We were surprised at the upgrade given that Asiarooms was the cheapest of all the enquiries we made. Staff very friendly and talkative. Great facilities incl. gym and pool. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Room size was excellent with desk for working if necessary. Bathroom good sized and the room was clean and tidy. Bed and pillows comfortable. Walking distance to the Old Quarter about 15 - 20 minutes. Here's a tip, learn how to say "Hello, Thank you and "Expensive" in Vietnamese. Its not hard and certainly brings a smile to their faces. Our first trip using Asiarooms for all my accomodation and I must say we are impressed." |

| "A great place to stay while in Hanoi. I spent 4 days at the Horizon and found the whole experience from arrival to departure 5*. The rooms are perfect, buffet breakfast great, and staff friendly and attentive.
Some people complain about the location, but you can get a taxi within seconds and these cost very little money to travel anywhere, or take a walk 100 metres from the Hotel and you can get a motobike ride even cheaper than a taxi and twice the fun! I will definately stay there again." |

| "The Horison provided comfortable , clean and pleasant rooms and services were very good, staff very helpful. Beds are comfortable although pillows are atrocious. Our only reason for not staying with them again would be the distance from the old part of the city. We had expected to be able to walk into town but it is too far and the longish taxi ride especially during peak hour made it impossible to visit the centre of the city at will. " |

| "Overall it was excellent. Good service (especially the doorman!). Very clean. Great dim sum restaurant and excellent breakfasts!
Only downside was poor service in the lobby bar - I recommend you go to the other bar if you want to enjoy your drink!" |

| "Stayed one night at Horison in Jan 2006. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was good and clean. The buffet breakfast was pretty good. Only drawback was the location. It was quite a walk from everything. Otherwise a very good hotel. " |

| "The best part of the Horison is it's staff. They were ever friendly and the service excellent. The hotel needs more eating options. The restaurant serves buffet 3 meals a day. It was beautifully presented but for those of us who don't care for buffets, no choices. Also it would be helpful if they had a convenience corner (newspapers, magazines, first aid and personal care items) for guests to purchase items. 10 minute taxi ride from the Old Quarter." |
