"My stay at the Pacific Prince was very enjoyable and without trouble. The staff was enthusiastic and very friendly. The front desk staff had very good English skills. I do however believe that it would improve customer service if more of the staff had more then a limited understanding of English. I would sometimes see other tourists trying to make themselves understood without success. On the whole I did enjoy my vacation and my stay at the Pacific Prince Hotel."
