| "I spent 3 nights here and as I did not arrive by train from Hue until 5-00am in the morning (my fault)had to knock up hotel staff. The location is great, room OK but bathroom had no tiling buffer to contain shower flow. Hotel staff were very young and whilst service was not ideal they more than compensated with friendliness and helpfulness in assisting with bookings, location directions and general courtesies." |

| "DISAPPOINTED!!!
Absolutely agree with Private from Australia and Tiro from Netherlands. The name of this hotel is Sunflower Hotel on 34 Hang Ga Street. The facilities and pictures which posted on AsiaRooms are utmostly different from the real condition. Please don't accept the tour or restaurant that they try to offer, or you'll be hoaxed" |

| "Have to agree with Tiro from Netherlands.
We have just come back from Hanoi and this is a scam. Says Paradise hotel and uses Paradise Hotel reviews but when you get there it is called Sunflower Hotel and rooms are very different to pictures shown on this website. You will get nothing like these rooms. Charged us US $20 a night...so we only stayed one night here as we were extremely tired after a long trip.
We got a better deal ($10 US) up the road at Blue Sky Hotel, at least they were honest and provided good tours. Don't stay at 34 Hang Ga St..otherwise you are just encouraging them to rip off other tourists." |

| "Myself and my friend stayed in this hotel for 15 nights-our entire stay in Hanoi. It is very well located, the staff are friendly and helpful. If you need to book a tour they are very helpful but best of all don't push the tours on you. It is a very safe hotel-the only downside are the stairs when carrying your backpacks!! I think the prices on the net are more expensive than if you just turn up at the door and there seemed to be no problem with availablity while we were here. I would stay here again if I was back in Hanoi. The double rooms aren't the best, but the twins and triples are spacious." |
