"The location of this hotel is good if you like to get a bit of walking and excercise in (about a ten minute walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake). The service was basic and the room decor was really nice. The carpet in the room was not that clean though and the quality of the breakfast was average. The beds were very very hard -bruised my hips! Most of the staff were really friendly. The housekeeping staff were noisly in the hallway early, which is not great for leisure travellers. Our laundry was delivered at 10.30 at night to our room which we thought was a bit too late at night to be disturbing guests. I wouldn't not return to this hotel purely for the fact that the beds were so hard."

"We found the Rosaliza to be good value for money. The hotel seems very new and our room was very nice and clean. However, we did book a deluxe suite but found that it was not a suite at all. There was no separate bedroom. The deluxe suite was just a bigger room. We saw the standard room and would recommend booking that as it's not worth the extra money for the deluxe suite. The hotel is in a good location, about 10-15 mins walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. The service at the reception was good and their English was good also. However, the English for the other staff was not great. The breakfast buffet was not that good but the room service was very good."
