| "Staying on the Club floor was fabulous, we had been travelling for 2 weeks and really enjoyed catching up and enjoying a drink and nibbles on the club floor. Unfortunately the hotel was out of the way so when going shopping we always had to get a cab which wasn't always great. The hotel staff did not always communicate well but towards the end of the trip I had to rely on staff handling a tricky situation with some Vietnamese that I had done business with and they were extremely helpful and understanding." |

| "Overall I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the "happy hour" drinks as part of being in a Club Suite!
Initially I was disappointed with the length of time it took for us to check in - over an hour. Admittedly it was a group booking, but when you're hot and tired and wanting to just get to your room...only to find that after an hour we'd been given the wrong room number! Took another 30 mins to sort it out.
But the rooms are nicely appointed, generous in size and tastefully decorated. I liked the layout, with a hallway so you can't see into the room from the hall. The bathroom was clean, and there was plentiful supply of soaps etc.
The breakfast was terrific too!
The only other comment is that the location is a bit far from the centre of the shopping district to walk in the heat, we caught cabs - mind you they are cheap and plentiful! Concierge were helpful and obliging." |

| "The room was configured as a triple room and it was pretty small to accommodate this. All the beds were right up against each other and there wasn't a lot of room for luggage.
It took almost an hour for my luggage to be brought to my room after checking in which seemed a long time.
The Club Floor was excellent with great service." |

| "We hadf a great stay at the Sofitel Hanoi. Theservice was perfect and the restaurant the brasserie is great at any time of the day and again there the personnels are very attentive to your need. It is a 5 stars hotel that deserve these stars. The young guys at the entrance of the hotel gave us one of the best service we ever had in hotel. Thanks" |

| "The hotel was everything you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The room was comfortable and well equiped, the pool was pleasant and clean, the breakfast was extensive and the choice of food available in the hotel's many restaurants and bars was excellent although quite expensive. The staff were excellent too, always very helpful but never intrusive. We had a great time." |

| "The hotel was average. Worth it for the money though because it wasn't too expensive." |

| "2 thumbs up!!!!
I have no complain at all. Everything was perfect. I LOVE the buffet dinner especially the salad and the breads. But the Japanese and Chinese food were a little disappointed. But hey!! Who cares???? :-)
I especially enjoyed the smile of one of the staff there. Charming personality (I assume!!) and I think he is the best looking guy I ever met during my one-week vacation in Hanoi!! :-)" |
