Liberty 3, Ho Chi Minh City

"Liberty 3 hotel is recommended for budget travelers - who expect great value from a reasobale price. This 3-star hotel has the basic facilities and amenities. It's central location makes it easier for foreigners to walk around, day and night. There are alot of travel agencies located nearby where you can book day trips including a half-day tour for Cu Chi Tunnel. Beside the hotel, there's Allez Boo Bar where you can have a good meal, hang-out and enjoy nice, cheap drinks. Buffet breakfast at Liberty 3 is average and worth the price. I will most likely stay in this hotek again, if given the chance to go back Ho Chi Minh. "

"staff very helpful , hotel in good central position and attached is a great highlands coffee cafe. the breakfast was nice however the room itsself smelt damp and musty. would try the hotel again."

"Liberty 3 is a nice enough hotel for anyone wanting a nice clean room in A good location in HCMC. For myself as a single traveller it was perfect as it is close to where a lot of the tour buses depart. My only complaints would be that the breakfast is not very good and if you get a room opposite the Allez Boo Bar (as I did ) then you will need to be a very heavy sleeper. Luckily I can sleep through a cyclone but, light sleepers will have difficulty. Overall I think it is a good value hotel for those not wanting the expense of the unnecessary facilities in a 5 star."
