"We booked this hotel because a group of us were meeting in Saigon and needed a hotel we could use as a place to meet. The location was OK, within walking distance of places to visit (esp. market), but we chose to only stay one night as it was outside our price range. Staff we're friendly but not so when we came back from watching European football very late at night! "

"Staff friendly and efficient Room beautiful but could be a little soundproofed from traffic My wife didn't like that she was not welcome to a massage in the hotel's massage,sauna, jacuzzi facilities as were advertised on the net. Food not up to expectations we used to go to sister hotel 3 up the road where coffee tasted like coffee!!"

"We had a pleasant stay at Liberty 2 during our 1st visit to HCM city. Location of hotel is just 5 mins walk to Ben Thanh Market. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Double thumbs up to the male reception staff who gave us a map and directions to shopping and eating areas. Security guards are also very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. Lift is very slow, cramp and stuffy though, it smells also. Breakfast is so-so only, can be better. "

"Good location. Clean hotel. Bedroom de-luxe room and bathroom both okay. Kettle in room satelite tv. Free internet in lobby. Breakfast good. Staff not smiling."

Great room, clean, big and bright, but noisy as its on a main road, but its Ho Chi Minh so is there a quiet place???? We booked Ex. room, maybe next time I wont as I looked at other rooms that looked just the same just a little smaller. All staff great. Breakfast good, the view is excellent, but they could loose those curtians,lol The massage area,spa and steam room, is connected to a place where you get a little more than a massage. Great for shopping at the markets and a short walk to the palace. The door men are very helpful. The young male receptionist speaks excellent English and is very helpful, even though he didn\'t know about the laundrette up the road, near the tour booking offices.(why do hotels over charge so much on laundry services?) Will stay there again.
