| "The hotel services are quite with efforts but not mature.
Sometimes we met a almost novice staff at that hotel.
But, remember, the services are providing with efforts.
It helps us to be patience and stay with some of the comfort feelings.
Facilities are clean and useful, but bathroom is little aged.
And they still has smoking rooms and we are assigned to one of that - Even we are not smokers.

| "We like to stay at this hotel as the final days of our holiday.The location is perfect for shopping and restruants.The staff are always friendly and nothing is an effort for them if you need assistance or extra requests.The rooms are very comfortable and big.The pool area is very nice and kept cleaned.The cleaners come in the room 2 or sometimes 3 times a day to change towels etc.The hotel is very quiet and their restruants are very good.We did notice on this stay and same on previous stays it does appear alot of business people use this hotel.The only thing we didnt like was the top bar was too smoke filled to enjoy the live band.The hotel does have a seperate area at breakfast for smokers but the smoke always seems to find us.This was the only fault with the overall stay.We will be going back again to Caravelle next year.

| "This was the first time we have stayed at this hotel and will most certainly return again. The amenties,staff,food, restruants,location etc was perfect. Highly recommended for an enjoyable holiday in Saigon." |

| "This is not a 5 star hotel rating.
Negatives:Their hotel staffs was not friendly or helpful with check-in. Their buffet breakfast was very poor in selection. They did not change their menus. The so-called prostitudes were everywhere in the hotel including the lobby, the Saigon bar (rooftop)... We were very uncomfortable waiting for our guests in the lobby while at the same time these activities were happening.
Positive: The spa was excellent for sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. This was the only thing that we enjoyed during our stay in Caravelle hotel.
