| "The room is OK. Breakfast changes everyday. Staff are polite and helpful. Location is excellent especially when you're going to Vung Tau by the ferry. Lots of attractions are in walking distance.
The swimming pool is small, it doesn't matter for me. However, the quality of the pool water is terrible. They might have put alot of chlorine. My teeth and skin can't accept that. Except for that, everything is fine and it worths 4 1/2 Smiling-Face if you're not going to use the swimming pool." |

| "Stayed for 3 nights. Had wonderful check in experience. Most helpful reception.
Hotel location was ok but distance to activity area a little further than we thought. There are other similar /cheaper hotels that are closer to Dong Khoi.
Tried out the spa and masseurs have no reservations in voicing out for larger tip amounting >20% of bill. Opting for the full package that covers manicure, pedicure & massage, all by different people and all will expect a tip.
Breakfast service was good. Fare was decent but not exceptional.
Pho24 couple of doors away is wonderful.
Overall, would not mind staying at the hotel again but will definitely give the spa a miss." |

| "All was good at the hotel.
But had a negative experience at the SPA. The SPA attendents should follow the same standard work in manicures and padicures and not be told what to do by a customer.
And if one attendent is taking too long with a customer, then the attendent who is free should come over and help so that the customer does not need to be at the SPA longer than needed." |

| "On arriving at the Duxton the check in was fast and helpful. Was the same leaving. We did overlook a lot of building work but no noise in the room. As we were there for business we found the location very good and will stay there again. " |
