| "Good location (proximity to Sinh Cafe, serveral eateries and Ben Thanh Market). Helpful staff. Sufficient facilities given the size and ranking of the hotel.
Room is quite small and no window. Nonetheless, it is a good hotel to stay. Highly recommended.

| "Out of all the hotels we stayed in in Vietnam this was the poorest.
No fresh fruit, staff not overly helpful, no towels in room on arrival, dirty pillowcases left in the room after cleaning and a small window in the room.
Do not accept a room on the 11th floor as it is extremely noisy, the restuarant is on the 12th floor but everyone gets the lift to the 11th floor and then walks up the stairs to the 12th floor as the lift doesnt go this far.
Poor breakfast in comparison to other hotels, they serve the leftovers from the day before in the restuarant eg. spagetti carbonara for breakfast !!

| "The supply of drinking water is not satisfactory especially hot water. There should be amply drinking water in the room both hot or cold in view of the weather in the city.
The waiters /bellboys were very helpful in guiding us accross the road. Counter service was good in providing us the street guides and day tours.

| "On the whole, a pleasant stay with very friendly staff and decent, clean room. Most requests attended to promptly. Enjoyed breakfast on the 12th floor. The quality and range are pretty good.
Room is extremely small given the pricing. This is by far the most cramped room I have ever stayed in (compared to W. Malaysia, Hong Kong, China).
Not sure why your staff hailed a small old taxi for my trip to airport, given the wide availability of reputable and good taxis parked outside the hotel. It was a bad end to an otherwise pleasant stay." |

| "I was given a windowless room but apart from this, everything else is good. A money-for-value hotel." |

| "My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the Elios in May. What a fabulous value hotel it is. We had just a standard room and it was so, so clean and comfortable with every amenity you could need. The location was brilliant, just a leisurely 10 minute walk to the big markets and it had a great selection of restuarants and bars a stones throw away. The roof top restaurant in the hotel has THE most amazing views over HCMC.
I travel alot for my work and stay mostly in 5 star hotels but The Elios exceeded my expectations and I would really recommend it to anyone wanting great value for money in a top location of HCMC.

| "I would have rated the service higher, but when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist (I wish I would have asked for her name) was talking negatively about me (white American girl) in Vietnamese, not realized that my Vietnamese husband spoke the language and understood everything she said. I was appalled that she wasn't more professional and that is the sole reason why we will never stay at the Elios again nor will I recommend it to friends and associates.
The room was very small and smelled like smoke on a non-smoking floor. I asked to be moved and they said they were full and instead brought in an air nuturalizer, which worked ok. No natural light in the room, as the only window was tiny and faced into the alley.
The lobby and internet services were great, too bad the service outweighed the other good attributes of the Elios." |

| "It was a fairly positive experience @ Elios hotel.
The staff were hospitable and their service reasonably good . Room space for two asians is pretty acceptable (Mine is the std rm btw). It will definitely be better if there is a bath tub to soak in though.
Breakfast was ok- can definitely do with more variety and quicker replenishment. Its good that there is a breakfast special every morning. (you need to order it specifically). Nice view from the restaurant too :)
Oh btw, did i mention tt the hotel do take note of our special request of having a room on a high & non-smoking flr...thumbs up for that :)

| "We could not fault the service and attention at the Elios. The staff were attentive to our needs and willingly changed our room when the facilities werent suitable. We were very impressed with the boys who were out the front - they would assist us across the road and always noticed our arrival and were there with an umbrella and a helping hand. We decided to return to the Elios after a side trip and all the staff welcomed us back. It really made us feel at home. Well done to the staff and management at Elios. You really went out of your way to look after us." |
