| "Found Elios to be in a great position, only about a 5min walk to Benn Thak markets, and surrounding side streets great for dinner and eating out. The breakfast buffet was great. I would definately stay again. Its a really nice hotel too including foyer etc." |

| "The reception staff is very friendly with me and my friends. They would try their very best to accord to our uncommon requests such as helping to fix the wireless Internet connection problems. The doormen are very nice, chatting with us as we are sorting out the administrative matters with the reception and the tour guide. They were also helpful in choosing the honest taxi companies and the best 'pho' noodle restaurants around the hotel. My room was neatly furbished and I could settle in easily like at home. But the air-con, safe box and TV would not work sometimes. The air-con would be turned on and off intermittmently (perhaps to save costs and Earth?). The TV showed me the blank blue screens regardless of channels and it is in Vietnamese when I tried to fix it. Nonetheless, I would definitely come back to the same hotel if I travel to HCMC and also recommend it to my friends and everyone considering this hotel. It's quite a value for money and comfort!" |

| "We stayed in a standard room on the 11th floor. It was not as noisy as what I have expected after reading the reviews about it being noisy as it was one floor below the restaurant. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was okay although not fantastic. The service was fine except on the last day when the staff misunderstood my request to call for a taxi while I surfed the internet. However, after 15 minutes, she did check with me about the request again. Overall, it was a pleasant stay." |

| "We had a really great experience staying at Elios Hotel for 2 nights during our trip in July 2008.
The hotel room and the bathroom are clean and well maintained. Our rooms were facing the main road, so it was a slightly noisy. Next time we may consider asking for a room that is not facing the main road. The hotel is conveniently located near sinh cafe for booking of tours and also the Ben Thanh market.
The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised with a floral arrangement from the hotel as we were on our honeymoon - it was a small gesture but it certainly left a deep impression!
We will definitely stay at Elios if we visit HCM." |
