"Priced high...but reasonable for Saigon. Very nice size rooms and bathroom. Very nice and professional staff. Airport location is excellent for early morning flights, but probably not great for sightseeing. The immediate area has no real interest. The restaurant is very good and there is a decent casino on site."

"Nice place, bad service"

"Janpanese customer executive guy is nice, fluent English, gave us good informations. Breadfast is good! Qi spa in this hotel is good also. "

"The Omni hotel is a clean, update to date, reasonably priced facility in Saigon. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great. "

"I have been stayed in many hotels around the world and I would say Omni Saigon has a good 5 star international rating. Excellent hotel and would recommend."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Omni Hotel. The room was a bit small but nice and clean. The front desk was very helpful. The breaksfast and dinner buffets were excellant. We would definately stay again. "

"The employees are very friendly, room services response very fast. The room is spacious, but bathroom kind of old and has light mold. Breakfast is good, food needs to be warm up more, menu is the same everyday, I stayed here 5 days, and on 3rd days I don't want to come for breakfast already. Regarding price, very cheap compares to the other 5 stars hotels. The location is very good for business traveller, only 5mins away from the airport. But for pleasure, it is not bad either, hotel provides free shuttle to/from the central of the city. Or you can take Taxi (5km) to the central, (12,000VND/km, equivalent 0.75cent/km). I probably stay here again if I come back to VN."

"Excellent hotel and also excellent value BUT really only if you want a hotel outside the city and nearer to the airport. For visiting the city, it is pretty far away from everything and you will always have to take some form of transportation (taxi, Honda, etc)."

"The Omni Saigon lives up to the reputation of Marco Polo Hotels. Though not in central Ho Chi Minh City, the hotel has a great swimming pool for relaxing in, and the Spa treatments are a must. I would recommend this as a hotel, close to the airport, to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.....and the buffet breakfast is fabulous!"

"The staff at the reservation desk was forgetfull and not friendly. I requested a wake up call the morning I was checking out and never got the call. I almost missed my flight. The carpet in the room was stained in many places. I was told I was getting a room with a view and instead I got a room with no view. I couldn't even open the windows. The bath tub railing broke off and after complaining about it I didn't even get any credits or compensation. I just got an "I'm sorry and it got fixed" that's all. The lights in the entire room went crazy twice and it took a real long time to get it fixed. Also even after posting "do not disturve." on the ouside of the room, the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door and one time they even opened the door. Every time I went to the main desk to discuss any issues, there would be a new person and manager and they would claim that the previous manager didn't forward any messeges or complaints therefore they couldn't do anything for me. I probably would not stay at this hotel ever. "
