| "Nice hotel with a perfect location, as next to main market, museum, tourism agencies: we could do all by walking.
We requested a high floor as we are in the center so it's very noisy.
The food is excellent, from breakfast to dinner and room service.
Nice pool and gym center.

| "Excellent hotel that we used as a base for our holiday around Vietnam. We had two one night stays and a two night stay. It was nice to come back here after each trip around the country.
The rooms were a good size and very neat and tidy. The pool was nice, there was a gym, and internet access was readily available.
I would have liked an Ala Carte restaurant or a Vietnamese restaurant for the dining.
Only real issue is with the asia rooms booking system as travelling with little children I would have liked to state that connecting rooms was a requirement, not just a request. We did have connecting rooms for the two night stay, but only adjoining rooms for two single night stays." |

| "We stayed here for 3 nights with our 7 year old Son. We asked for a double bed and a single but got 3 singles - which was disappointing considering the booking wasn't cheap. The hotel was nice and clean but a little stuffy and not very child friendly. Also, whilst booking in we were offered a free massage during out stay. This was NOT honoured at check out! We paid for the massage (no problem), however, we weren't happy being treated like liars ! It wasn't a bad hotel but we won't return or recommend." |

| "During my stayed at New World was OK. This is my 4th time staying at New World. It was much better and I'd enjoyed very much previous time.
However, this time I'd stayed wasn't as good like last time. Room facilities are too old and the bed are not comfortable for a luxury hotel?? I think the they need to upgrade all the facilities inc. the bed. " |
