| "The Hotel in general was clean and friendly. Our only problem was that the rooms we paid for through you people were not available when we arrived. It put a very
poor start to our trip and it has made us think twice in
using Asia Rooms again. If you are to take our money then we should at least get what we paid for and not a
sub standard room. At 9.00 pm at night after a long flight and a taxi ride it was not appreciated." |

| "This hotel had great facilities and was in a great location. The only downfall it had was the noise from the club on the second floor. We had previously read in a review about this and requested a higher floor so we got the eighth floor. We however could still hear the club until one o'clock in the morning each night and reception did not inform us on arrival that there was renovations being done on the ninth and tenth floors. This meant from seven eight in the morning and all afternoon there was a lot of noise from builders, not good!!! Staff were pleasant and the restaurants were tasty. We also were asked to move rooms for a day which was a bit of a hassle (because of the renovations) but we were given complementary massages because of this which were really good!" |

| "We have always stayed at the Palce on our visits to Saigon. We found the hotel very nice after all the renovations that have been carried out. The only fault with the hotel is they have a disco on the premises and it goes until 2am in the morning so you cant get any rest. All other amenties etc are perfect." |

| "Location was excellent. Staff very helpful.
We were on the 6th Floor in a Deluxe room. The music from the night club downstairs was terrible, so loud.
We were then moved to the 8th floor were the room was very small and old and the music still the same, very disappointed." |

| "We were lucky to have a room high up on the 8th floor so the nightly trance music on the 2nd floor disco didn't really affect us. Hotel breakfast was good except that you get bored eating the same thing after a couple of mornings. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. However, try to eat out of the hotel as the food served in the various hotel restaurants were not really fantastic. Room was clean and we were really happy with it. On the whole, a good hotel to stay but make sure you request for a high floored room." |

| "Good value hotel in a very central location.
Executive Suite description inferred that suite had a bedroom separate from the lounge area. Our family had to sleep in one room with beds close together. If we had known that we would have booked elsewhere.
Our room was also very dated. Apart from that, the hotel is in a great location and offers reasonable value for money." |

| "Good overall experience, value for money. Breakfast was impressive for the $$$. Located right along the center of Dong Khoi area, walk-able distance to Ben Thanh, Rex, Notre Dame....
Only complaint was a noisy A/C unit in my room....." |
