| "Very nice hotel with great decoration and excellent food. Rooms are of a high standard as well. Service however was impersonal and staff often was not equipped to deal with anything but run-off-the-mill requests. Probably nicest place to stay in HCMC but service still needs to improve considerably before it can hope to match hotels of a similar caliber in BKK, HK, etc." |

| "The room is a bit understated but in a classic way.The bathroom was great particularly the shower and amenities. The breakfast was incredible with high end foods and the price through Asiarooms was quite good...better than booking through the hotel directly. Location couldn't be better and service at hotel was first class." |

| "Staff speaks good english, but breakfast selection is too limited. Same menu for 4 days that we were there. Concierge not much help in planning trip - They were not too familiar with activities and sights outside of District 1. " |

| "Overall, I would say that Park Hyatt Saigon meets the exoectations you can have from the Park Hyatt brand. With no contest, it is THE luxury hotel in town.
However:
- the food in the 2 restaurants, one serving Italian cuisine(except for the excellent breakfast) and the other one international/Vietnamese/fusion cuisine, though not bad, could be enhanced to meet a real international level (see for instance the restaurants of the Park Hyatt in Paris of the Sukhothai hotel in Bangkok)
- the main lack is the concierge desk (lack of kindness and professionalism)." |

| "I made a reservation for name of Park Hyatt because
I enjoyed a lot at Park Hyatt Seoul & Park Hyatt Tokyo.
But room is too small and all facilities are not Park
Hyatt level. It's regular Hyatt level.
I was very disappointed." |
