We reserved the hotel for 3 nights, but i canceled the first night on time by e-mail and telephone specially due to the cancelation of my flight, but the fature of the hotel is still for 3 nights, and it's the problem of the travel agency, we are not happy due to this problem.

| "Im very disappointed in this hotel. I dont mind the bad reviews about the decor but our room stank of smoke and there was basically nothing that could be done about it !
The room was over priced, the service mediocre, and the room aging , smelly and musty. I wouldnt recommend this hotel at all , unless youre desperate and plan a full day of activities where youll only come back to the hotel late and exhausted." |

| "The hotel is in need of major renovation which was what they were doing when we stayed at the hotel. The room was ok and the noise from the street was horrendous. The food is ok though. I would definitely recommend not to stay there. Bad experience." |

| "Excellent location to Ben Thanh markets, and shopping district, restaurants, local sights.
Great extras like 1 hour of free internet and laundering of 2 articles of clothing per person, per day, FOC.

| "1) When i book the room, i select 2 audit 1 kid but when i reach hotel, they told me the room is too small for add a bed. So i have pay US$ 60 to get bigger Room. ==> My feedback is to add more detail in booking data for easy reference and make correct booking to avoid no room available in last mintues or when arrived.
2) I have make a oversea call from Singapore to the Hotel for transport arrangement (from Airport to Hotel & charges is US$ 29.00) but they did not pick up us from Airport. It cost me S$ 15.75 for made oversea call to arrange airport transfer.
When i reach the hotel by public taxi (US$ 8.00),
i saw my Name on the Piece on Paper on the reception table which they told me their staff will shown it on the arrive hall, i can find them when i arrived.

| "Beautiful interior settings and decor. Have a mix
of rattan and wood designs in almost every wall or ceiling. As this building is built years ago, some staircase or corridors seems aged, but it exudes a sense of past old time stories. It reminds me of my late grandma's huge house. I was awe by the atmosphere of the hotel and the staff are friendly and nice. It's just walking distance to most shopping areas and historical buildings. It saves me
taxi fare to get there. I would recommend so people who do not mind the building being a bit old, anyway, the hotel is expanding. They will have another new block adding to it soon. " |
