"HoiAn Trails resort is one of the best place to take a rest and refresh condition. HoiAn's summer is so hot that we didn't go outside in the daytime. We swam and lay on the chair in the resort. In the evening, we went to downtown by shuttle bus which is operated by resort. The resort is located far from downtown comparing to other hotel, but i think it does not matter. It Takes less 10 minutes. HoiAn's evening is more attractive than daytime. I'd recommend this resort to the people who would like to travel HoiAn with much time, not tight schedule."

"I paid $77 per night but the satisfaction I got from the staying isn't worthy. 1. There were just a few staffs that can actually speak English. 2. Just one free computer was provided at the cafe in the hotel. I had to wait like one or one and a half hour to use it. 3. I'm a fitness freak person. Thus, the reason I chose this hotel was because its facilities, it said the hotel was "well equipped with fitness centre". However, at the moment I arrived there at the fitness centre, I found that all the equipments were covered by the spiderweb which I had to remove all of the spiderweb all by myself without any help from any of the hotel staffs, and that is not the worst. After spending about twenty minutes cleaning all the equipments, I sat down and began my work out but I couldn't because all equipments were rusty. I couldn't even make it moved just an inch. 4. I had to flush more than two times every time I want my excretion to be flushed away. To conclude, I recommend to u all that u should not go to this hotel if u have other choices. Although ,in the past, this hotel might be terrific now it's like a two-star hotel which is worth less than we have to pay to stay there."

"Hoi An Trails was a lovely hotel. I noted that the pool bar was not open. There needed to be more than 1 PC available for internet use, or a time limit. People like us who just wanted around 5 mins could not get on the PC because of over usage by 1-2 guests. The bedrooms were very spacious, however the beds were very hard and we did not sleep very well. Also the floor seemed to be a little gritty, even after the room was cleaned. The drinks, food and service charges were very expensive by Vietnam standards, in fact they were on par if not more than Australian Hotels. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the free bus was great to the Hoi an old town. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would probably stay nearer to the city next time. regards Amanda"

"We recommended this hotel to other travellers after we had stayed there. It was a very comfortable, modern and well presented. I really liked that almost all the rooms had views of the pool or lush gardens and it was 4-5 seperate lodges rather than one big high rise. The reception was helpful in booking activities and making good recommendations for the area. It was 2 km from the town and 1 km from the beach but they offered a regular free bus service, or free bikes to get around. Free internet and yummy buffet breakfast. Great value."

Comments:

We enjoyed our stay at Hoi An Trails. The deluxe junior suite not over the reception area or conference room, was perfect for us. Two large washrooms, balcony, lovely pool, and spa. Recommended to Guest Services that they consider comfy chairs/ottomans or a sofa in the sitting area to relax in after a long day of shopping in Hoi An. Enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast at the hotel. 10 minute shuttle to and from HoiAn was very accommodating. We arranged through Hoi An Trails our transport to and from Danang Airport - approx. 20 minutes
