| "The website promises all rooms with a pool view but we had a view of the small dirty barnyard below with a resident rooster who began crowing at 3:30am. We asked to move to another room but that request was refused. We asked twice to have service for the cold water and TV problems and both times someone came to the room but nothing was done. The tiles were loose in the bathroom and a slipping hazard. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Better value hotels exist in the area. " |

| "the staff were very helpful and the hotel itself was ok. however, i felt the location was a little out of the way - it is about a 15-20 minute walk into the town centre and there are certainly some other budget hotels closer to the centre.
however, the hotel did have a pool which was welcome at the end of the day. it does have a restuarent but be aware that there are few other eating places near by - if it rains you will be stuck here.
it is on the road to the beach with a few bike rental places along the road." |

| "This hotel locates far away from the beach and old town.Anyway, it's not bad if you will rent a bicycle for having dinner on the beach. Breakfast is ok. But, I do not recommend for the one who want to enjoy Hoi An old town, you should stay nearby it not here. Air con is very old, room is a bit dirty and small, price is not worth when compare to other hotels in old city of Hoi An. If you are budget traveller, choose the hotel near Old Town." |

| "We originally were only booked to stay at the Greenfield's for two nights but the rooms were first class and great value, coupled with the excellent service from the very friendly staff we ended staying there for eight nights. We would have no hesitation staying there again. Lin and Stan Matthews" |

| "Staff were extremly friendly and helpful . The girls in the dinning room were delightful and fun. Good location, a short bike ride to the beach, & a pleasant walk into town. Enjoyed evening cocktails by the pool. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it." |

| "Very pleasant hotel, nice swimming pool, comfortable rooms the same as a three star hotel. Lots of nice touches, like flowers on the beds and a fresh fruit basket each day. This was all good but the best about this hotel is the breakfasts, they were huge and delicious. Location great, a short walk from town along a street with many good shops." |
