| "Good hotel with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. 20 minute walk from main town slight diadvantage, but good for your health." |

| "Right when we got there, they were already trying to sell us other services they provide. We had a long trip, and the last thing we wanted was being pressured to buy other services. They did not make us feel welcome at all. The rooms were pricier than other rooms closer to town. This hotel was a good far walk to the central market. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not safe because it is in a dark and remote area. We felt someone was following us and trying get into our room late at night. The next day we brought it up to the attention of the workers, and they made up a poor excuse. We cut our stay short, and would never come back." |

| "I stayed at Grasslands in July 2007 and found it to be an excellent mini hotel. I have previously visited Hoi An 6 times before and stayed in various hotels, but this was definately the best value !! Most friendly staff eager to please. A little out of town but the benefit is the quietness and the beautiful cool sea breezes that you just don't get in the town. Try Thao's noodles at the restaurant. The best in Asia !!!" |

| "Things were ok until we hired a motor bikes. We asked to have the bikes for 2 days...so presuming that we left something in one of the seats......next morning we had 1 different motorbike.....after alot of demanding to get the bike back we finally got the original one back 2 hours later...... to then be told we had to return it by 5.................not a full day but still wanted the FULL $10 a day.....mmmm dodgy.
The place is a little out of the way from the other hotels but still only 15-20 mins walk." |
