| "Ana Mandara resort is a beautiful and well thought out resort. The rooms are a bit small but the bathrooms are fantastic and the facilities within the rooms were excellent. The major attraction of Ana Mandara is the siting on Nha Trang Bay providing the guests with a stunning outlook.............but don't look the other way!! The town of Nha Trang is tacky and seedy and you would be wise to enter the gates of Ana Mandara and not venture outside the front gate until it is time to go. The mangaement seem to have done a good Job of isolating the guests from the general beachgoers though, so you feel safe and you are not constantly hassled by vendors selling overpriced trinkets. The watercraft facilities could do with an upgrade and some basic kayaks would have been fun. I used the Hobiecat two afternnons and the sails were torn and the sheets and lines were in poor condition. The Gym room is very basic and a television or two in front of the treadmill and bike would make it more comfortable. It is too small as well. The Beach Pool and Bar is stunning and makes relaxing overlooking the bay a very special pasttime. The management have done a good job but need to a bit more focused on detail. 8/10

| "My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Ana Mandara. The staff were terrific and friendly, the room was perfect and the bathroom gigantic! Breakfast was excellent with a huge range of foods. I look forward to staying again sometime." |

| "Ana Mandara is like paradise on Earth. From arrival until we left we were treated so well, the staff were so helpful and everything was immaculate, clean and beautiful. There are 2 restaurants, both of which are fantastic, and the private beach is lovely. Didn't use the pools as we preferred to laze on the beach but both looked clean and in beautiful surroundings. There is a Six Senses Spa within the grounds so we treated ourselves to massages - perfect and relaxing. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or anyone wanting that little bit of luxury. " |

| "This hotel promised much but was disappointing after 2 previous beautiful hotels(Life Resort in Hoi An and Majestic in HCMC). The room was tired, had a leaking airconditioner and very noisy due to its proximity to a very busy road. It was the most expensive resort we stayed in in Vietnam so I was rather disappointed. The beach setting was attractive around the hotel but Nha Trang is noisy, busy and its natural beauty has been destroyed by ugly high-rise hotels built along the road skirting the beach.I doubt that i would recommend visiting Nha Tang unless you can stay on the islands because the town has little to appeal.
On the positives we ate at the resort both nights and the food was great, service excellent and the setting overlooking the beach gorgeous. " |

| "The Ana Mandara is well situated, being at the quieter end of the main street but still only 5 - 10 minutes from the centre of town – the restaurants and bars. The staff are exceptionally friendly and have a real focus on customer service – I do not usually take advantage of trips arranged by Hotels/Resorts, however, Ana Mandaras’ trip around all the main attractions Nha Trang (and the surrounding countryside was good value for money – the guide “Trung” had a well developed sense of humor and a good command of English. Any negatives……not really, but, beware the temperature in the pools…sub zero at best." |

| "Breakfast was fantastic.. Over all the stay was lovely and my wife and I had a wonderfull time. The resort offers a beautifull environment perfect for an end to a great but somewhat hectic three weeks in Viet Nam. Truely recomendable!!" |

| "Hey, if I could have afforded to stay here all of my stay in Nha Trang I would have. I stayed here for two nights just because it looked so good on the internet. Simply this place was a class above any 5 star hotel or Resort I had stayed at on my trip to Vietnam. I stayed in 3 other 5 star hotels and one 5 star resort during my stay in Vietnam and this was simply stunning....but you do pay for it!
If your looking for a place to honeymoon or a romantic holiday this is your only choice.
I was impressed with the attention to detail here. The staff go out their way to cater to your every whim and the resort is beautiful especially the big pool, stunnning.
What are you waiting for?? .. paradise awaits." |

| "The ambience at the Ana Mandara is excellent, however although the scenery is beautiful, a lot of the bars/restuarant area lacked airconditioning which made it a bit unbearable in the heat to fully appreciate the decor. A pricer option than other places Nha Trang has to offer. The breakfast buffet was also quite disappointing. Didn't like how the bathroom had a massive window with no curtains/covering. However service was great! " |

| "My boyfriend and I stayed at the Ana Mandara for a week in July. We had such a lovely time & both decided that a week was just not long enough. If you have a hectic life & need a haven of peace & quiet to relax in, this is absolutely the place for you.
I read some of the other reviews before we went there, and I have to say that I fail to see what some of the other people were complaining about. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff that we spoke to - all our requests were taken care of & the people working at the hotel could not have been more polite & friendly. The only advice I have for people who are considering staying at the hotel is that the food & excursions are pretty expensive - not by 'Western' standards, but by local standards. You'd do much better to explore out of the hotel for dinner(reception have an easy to follow map), and taxis only cost the equivalent of a couple of dollars if it's too hot to walk.
Someone else on this site recommended the Sailing Club for dinner - we ate there a couple of times - it has a menu that has something for pretty much every taste & is reasonably priced (as long as you stay away from the wine)." |
