This hotel is not bad for the price, but I wouldn't call it a five star hotel. It's definitely NOT a five star hotel. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are average at best. There is nothing five star about the decor of the room. The decor is at best a high end Motel 6. The rooms are clean but very basic. The location in town is good, but for the same price as the Vinpearl, I think I would stay at the Vinpearl next time.
