I enjoyed my stay at the Victoria Hotel very much. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and courteous. The breakfast was very appealing, but not much can be said for dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

| "This hotel is overpriced. The 1st room we had was dirty, we had a new one which was clean. But, generally speaking, it is not as clean as it might be for the price.
Breakfast is great and the staff very helpful, even if they don't speak much english!" |

| "We enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Sapa hotel immensely. Some highlights were the excellent breakfast buffet which included top quality bakery goods and healthy cereal choices. The high quality of the restaurant also made it a special place to have an evening meal. The warm and friendly atmosphere made the hotel a pleasure to come "home" to after a day of trekking or biking. " |
