G Hotel Manila has a very chic deco - mostly black and white. The reception area and cafe were all very stylish. What impressed me the most was how friendly all the staff were - bell boy, receptionist, cafe waiters, and even the technicians. All were ready with a smile and warm address of "Sir" non-stop. Booked hotel on asiaroom 2 hours before arrival. Got the room half price- maybe because last minute- but was very good value for money. On arrival we requested beds to be separated, there was no problem with service at the desk. They asked us to wait and gave us a beer each. Very friendly/nice staff. Would stay again. Only a short 2 days stay. Hotel about 10 mins walk to MRT Aljunied, busy area, so its quite safe to walk back to hotel at night. It would be perfect if the Hotel could provide bar soap, toilet floor towel/mat. Read the full review...Posted by marlinda, Malaysia in 11/23/2009 06:29
