Convenient location
Location was very good, with shop, travel agency, bars and shopping surroundings. Hotel staff was helpful and provide good service.we did make some small complaints and was solved immediately. Room was clean and everything working well.

hotel was ok had power isues when the hotel was booked out on the third night over loading circit breakers and lost power 4 times security was great breakfast was dissapointing the first day i had to cook my own eggs in the restraunt i dont know were the chef went great location to explore saigon cu chi and the mekong

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent location! The furniture in the hotel room are quite old, cable tv didn't work too well. However, the staff are quick to fix the problem.

Great Hotel!
Excellent location. Staff were extremely professional and helpful. Clean rooms, very quiet considering the great location of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, very good localization (restaurant area by night). Good choise for those who want to stay in a nice place and don't want to spend too much. Problem: Breakfast from 7 am - 10 am. We arrived at 8:50 am and the food was over. They didn't put it back and we had to eat leftovers (horrible).

The rooms we booked were generally clean and the staff would always remind us to be careful with our bags whenever we go out of the hotel and help us give directions to the taxi-drivers. Though the tap in my friends' room was a bit slow, it was a good stay overall.

Good Services & Location
It is a good location with interesting places around the area in walking distance.
The staffs are all friendly and helpful and always help us to cross the roads once they see our van arrived.
No comments on the room. No regret staying there.

Services - The staff were very helpful...
Services - The staff were very helpful and nice. On the day of arrival, we took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and alighted across the road from the hotel and upon seeing us, a bellboy rushed across the road immediately to carry our luggages for us. Once, we arrived at the same spot when it was raining very heavily, the bellboys saw us and dashed to get a big umbrella for us. Service was really great we would say. Rooms - we stayed in both superior and deluxe room during our stay. We were informed that there was no available deluxe room even tho we have reserved one. Refusing to pay extra to upgrade to a superior room at an additional USD15 per night, they upgraded our room for the first night to a superior room at no additional charge. Both rooms were clean esp the toilets. It would have been better if we were given a room with a balcony. The deluxe room had windows which were covered so the room was dark.

We felt very commfortable here. Great location...
We felt very commfortable here. Great location if you want to be central of the travellers sector. Heaps of travellers requirments with in 1 block. Bars are just around the corner but it's not noisy as it looks onto a park. Highly reccommended.

Liberty 3 hotel is recommended for budget...
Liberty 3 hotel is recommended for budget travelers - who expect great value from a reasobale price. This 3-star hotel has the basic facilities and amenities. It's central location makes it easier for foreigners to walk around, day and night. There are alot of travel agencies located nearby where you can book day trips including a half-day tour for Cu Chi Tunnel. Beside the hotel, there's Allez Boo Bar where you can have a good meal, hang-out and enjoy nice, cheap drinks. Buffet breakfast at Liberty 3 is average and worth the price. I will most likely stay in this hotek again, if given the chance to go back Ho Chi Minh.
