Awesome hotel
The hotel was awesome. Service was very good, and has a wonderful view of the Bitexco Financial Tower. Hotel was very accessible, as it is only a short 5 mins walk to the ben thanh market, as well as saigon square. Not noisy at all, as compared to other hotels. However, the breakfast could be better. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay in the hotel.

A pleasant experience
Firstly the door men (bellboys) were excellent they help'd us so much with taxi's and everything they were great,
All of you were so nice when our friends came to see us thank you,The staff in the restaurant were quite nice except for some days,over all we would come back and we would tell our friends ,we do plan to come back so keep smileing THANK YOU

Great Location. Close to the mueseums and...
Great Location. Close to the mueseums and walking distance to Ben Thahn market. On the main road. Had an issue with our room 902. Hear loud banging in the walls. But, the staff immediately moved us to a better room after we complained. Efficient and friendly staff. Food is mediocre. I would stay here again.

Large, clean room that was very reasonably...
Large, clean room that was very reasonably priced. Stayed in a twin room that had a great view of the city. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

This hotel is ok, the room itself...
This hotel is ok, the room itself in a delux double is spacious, The bathroom is well equipped, however the shower head points at the wall so the bathroom floor is soaked, Hot water is only for 2 mins then starts to get cold! The security at the front door are very friendly and no problems with housekeeping!!!

Lovely hotel with good reception and accommodation....
Lovely hotel with good reception and accommodation. Dining room staff at breakfast uncommunicative and lacking welcome. Situation central but nothing much in immediate area to do. Due to only transport being taxi, not easy or cheap to get around.

Staff are friendly but i must commend...
Staff are friendly but i must commend the security staff who always remind us to be careful of our valuables.Room was good,comfortable bed and satellite channels.Breakfast was good but they don't replenish fruit juices and main courses and bread.Hotel is quite strategic as it's near restaurants such as Blue Ginger and walking distance to Ben Thanh Mkt,Reunification Palace and Post Office.At night there is a night market around Ben Thanh.Always bargain to 1/4 of offer price.You will get cold stares but eventually get a good price for the items.Ben Thanh Mkt is expensive maybe it's a tourist spot.Don't eat here cos the food's nothing great and expensive.I love the massages which is part of Liberty 2.For a sauna or steam room,1 hr body massage and 30 mins foot massage,it cost only VD120K about USD6.50.Overall a pleasant stay.

Great room, clean, big and bright, but...
Great room, clean, big and bright, but noisy as its on a main road, but its Ho Chi Minh so is there a quiet place???? We booked Ex. room, maybe next time I wont as I looked at other rooms that looked just the same just a little smaller. All staff great. Breakfast good, the view is excellent, but they could loose those curtians,lol The massage area,spa and steam room, is connected to a place where you get a little more than a massage. Great for shopping at the markets and a short walk to the palace. The door men are very helpful. The young male receptionist speaks excellent English and is very helpful, even though he didn\'t know about the laundrette up the road, near the tour booking offices.(why do hotels over charge so much on laundry services?) Will stay there again.

We booked this hotel because a group...
We booked this hotel because a group of us were meeting in Saigon and needed a hotel we could use as a place to meet. The location was OK, within walking distance of places to visit (esp. market), but we chose to only stay one night as it was outside our price range. Staff we're friendly but not so when we came back from watching European football very late at night!
