This hotel has got it all. We thought the location was great as it's out of the huddle of Kowloon and hong kong island but only a quick mtr ride to either. The rooms are huge for hong kong standards and the buffet breakfast is to die for. The staff were friendly and always helpful . Would definitely stay here again!

The service of staffs in the hotel were above average. Rooms though not very spacious but was cosy and nice. Just a down side of it was no available wi-ii (free) for customers (reason given was I booked on AsiaRooms)

This hotel is specially for a couple, room design is quite romantic. The receptionist is provide a good service. but the free shuttle bus is not good enough.
Because the driver is not follow the time table provided by the hotel.
We need to wait some time only can get the bus.Location here is not good. far from the city.
