I did not enjoy my stay at...
I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The rooms were not very nice and when I asked to upgrade they charged me half the price of the next room up plus what I already paid for the original room. The personnel were polite and it looks good from outside but not inside the rooms. It is positioned in a horrible spot and its extremely hard to get a taxi.

Good price for an econo traveler. ...
Good price for an econo traveler. Dining was enjoyable. Cleaning service was lacking. Only cleaned the after I arrived (one time in a week). You should not have to call house keeping for cleaning service. This should done on a daily basis without question. Need to update web site. All things on site is not readily available (airport service for example). Would stay again if necessary.

Service is extraordinary. Employees are very polite, curteous and very friendly. Building is old. Some bedrooms which include baths need more sanitized particularly against some roaches. Postal mail service/postage not available.

compared to other hotels, the price is...
compared to other hotels, the price is too high. There is free wifi in the restaurant area, which is also a nice area. rooms were not very clean, bathroom is very small. i have stayed in better and in worse. Staff is friendly. Food is OK. Roomservice available.

The room was clean, but small. The employees were helpful and pleasant. The location was good for both the airport and Government Offices. I appreciated the hotel taking my reservation through Asia Rooms with just one day's notice.

I paid for 2 nights, over 2...
I paid for 2 nights, over 2 months in advance on the internet. Plus 1,000 peso deposit when we got there. Stayed first night. Next day the front desk called and asked if we were staying longer. Said, 'No.' When we checked out, they gave back only 750 peso of the 1,000 peso deposit. I said, 'Why?' They said, 'Cause we checked out after 12 noon.' I said, 'But I paid for 2 days! You shouldn't be taking more money from the deposit!' They said , 'No, you only paid for 1 day.' And wouldn't refund any of the money that I had paid for the 2nd day or at least give back the other 250 peso from the 1,000 peso deposit. We will never stay this again and don't recommend this hotel to any one! Because they ripped us off!

The facilities were ok. The room seemed...
The facilities were ok. The room seemed more like a one room apartment than a hotel. I didn't like not having a bathtub in my room and no hot water for the shower. The tv was only 14 inches, which is a little to small for my taste. The service was good and the hotel was kept clean.

If you have smth to do in...
If you have smth to do in Intramuros or malate, you can stay in this Hotel. Clean and cheap. You should choice back side room, front side rooms are very noisy in the mornings. Don't forget this its cheap only if you get your voucher from the Asiarooms. If you need to extend your accomodation, front desk'll give you a expensive price.

service was excellent!my first room had cockroaches...
service was excellent!my first room had cockroaches but they happily moved me to another room that didnt have any,the man out front during the day racommended a taxi driver that stays out front i watched the driver hand him money then i was way over charged twice i used other taxis was much much cheaper the driver out front didnt want 2 use a meter
