Very good hotel
My room was very good. It had all the necessities to enjoy the stay (free wifi, cable tv, minibar, reliable hot water shower, etc). I also had a great view of the CBD (pretty sight at night). The service was excellent, and the staff courteous. Location is near the CBD and the big malls, but the red light district is next door (it might be a plus for other people). There are 24 hour restaurants and convenience stores just outside. I was not a big fan of the breakfast buffet, it was so-so. Overall it was a great experience and I don't mind staying here again.

Room with a view
The hotel is very good, staff excellent. Two negatives. Not enough lifts, we were on 5th floor sometimes we waited 5 minutes for a lift. The other was our particular room (522) no windows so no natural light. We paid for an executive room, while the room was good I would have thought they would have windows. Make sure you don't have room 522. Ask for a room with a view. I asked the staff and they assured me it's no extra money.
I wonder if they allocate the not so good rooms to AsiaRoom's customers, and want you to book direct with them?
But I would recommend this Hotel.

It was an excellent place to stay...
It was an excellent place to stay for a short period of time and very economical, recommended to the people from other countries to stay in your hotel.

hotel is in front of the wester...
hotel is in front of the wester astor, so you can compare directly to it. location is not great for makati and traffic is just crazy down in the road but hotel is clean, nice and rooms are the right size. it s a comfortable stay

Most of the comments previously posted are acurate. Great location from airport and Greenbelt area without the greenbelt price. Hotel security: Great. Breakfast Buffet: Above average. 7/11 and other conveinience stores just turn left as you leave the hotel, walk about 1 block, then take another left. McDonalds is 1 block away and is open 24 hours, easily seen from the hotel. Did not try the pool. The roof restaurant was closed the first night there. Hot water available for the shower at all times. Overall, I will come back and stay again.

Stayed 3 nights on arrival on Level...
Stayed 3 nights on arrival on Level 21. Room was adequate, bed was comfortable. Room was a bit on the smaller side. Location was ok, plenty of services close by, but would not recommend it for a family stay with the Red Light district being on the door step. Also stayed 1 night 2 weeks later before departing Manila, stayed on level 20, room was same size, but with an extra bed in it seemed lots smaller. No room to set the suit case up apart from on the 2nd bed. Service was friendly, promt, and attentive. Breakfast was nice, good variety and friendly staff. I'd stay there again.

The room was nice enough for the...
The room was nice enough for the price. Excellent location for night life. Close to the bars, clubs and restaraunts. Service was good, no complaints. Only negative was that gym was closed due to fire, and there are only two elevators for a hotel with over 25 floors. The pool was nice and it had a Jacuzzi. The breaksfast was pretty good for the prices and the room had a very well stocked mini bar. I would recommend this hotel to a friend. I plan to visit again and will stay here for a few nights. The Holiday Inn Galleria is much better for the money and the sevice is Excellent!

Nice modern and clean hotel. Good value...
Nice modern and clean hotel. Good value for money. Perfect if you like the nightlife, shopping malls etc. Much better area than Ermita. Not far from Global Village (Fort Bonificao) also.
