we were disappointed, staff were pleasent &...
we were disappointed, staff were pleasent & spoke adequit English, but rooms were in very poor condition. 1st off we were offered a newly renovated room, but it smelt extremely of new paint & there was no window in the room to open so we chose an older room, but street noise was horrific & we were given another room next day, however the shower & fridge did not work & these took 2 days to fix & even then with much prompting. Pool & sunbake area looked unenviting, breakfast was ok.

What described in the website is not...
What described in the website is not what is there in reality....the hotel is far less than i have expected and even the WiFi was not available in the comfort of your room...To get to the Bathtub was like trying to climb Mount Everest....

Room fine, BUT, was NOT happy with...
Room fine, BUT, was NOT happy with the noisy resident mouse in the room. He kept raiding the waste paper basket at night. Hotel was in a rather noisy position, being situated next to a busy road that had large traffic passing the rear of the hotel (my room) ALL through the night. BUT IT WAS BEARABLE. It is the first hotel (EVER) that has NOT been able to show DVD's (using my Portable DVD Player - ShinCo). TV screen would NOT stop scrolling vertically and made viewing impossible. Good resaurant, BUT nobody in Manila seems to understand VEGETARIAN meals and they put meat in most dishes. Restaurant NOT open on Sundays, but breakfast can be got at the connected Café, although a limited menu. Room service NOT available and ANY other meals need to be taken ELSEWHERE. Hotel was located in a good city location and was within easy walking distance of the Robinson Mall and the Manila SM Mall).
