1.
Need improvement on meet and greet service at arrival and departure i.e at the reception, porter and gate keeper.
2. Not enough,just giving the room key, but escort the client to room, show how the things work in the room and inform about the facilities and services available. The information booklet in the room does not carry the same weight as the human personal touch does. Need to consider on this.
3. I think security personnel is required to be near the lift to check each one that enters the lift belongs to the hotel. CC cameras have to be installed in that area and in side the lift to monitor the activities i.e any wrong doings.
1. Food v good. Cleanliness v good, service v good.
I enjoyed the stay at Holliday Inn Atrium Singapore.
