The hotel was ideally situated on the end of Orchard Road.
The staff we had dealings with were really helpful and informative.
Our flight was early morning and it was great to be able to safely leave our luggage after checkout at 12 noon and collect them at 11pm. As the hotel also has a hopitality room we were able to have a shower before going to the airport.

The Orchard Hotel was alot better than I had initally hoped it would be. We got an excellent price though asiarooms. Hotel staff accomodated to all our needs from an early check in, to cuppacino coffee at breakfast, and a late check out - all at no extra cost. The breakfast which was included in the price was more than satisfing. Location of hotel was ideal for MRT, buses and taxi. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel, and will be staying there again in the future.

My wife and I found the Orchard...
My wife and I found the Orchard hotel to be perfect for our visit to Singapore. The location was great for shopping and a nearby MRT station carried us to all tourist areas quickly and inexpensively.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient with knowlegeable concierge service. The included buffet breakfast was extensive enough to satisfy any tastes. We would stay here again without hesitation.
