Room was clean and spacious enough. I had a twin bed to sleep in and another to throw my suitcase on. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was compact but very clean and fine. Strange to be awoken at 9 am by classical music on the intercom (was it for the cleaning lady?), but actually quite lovely. Service not in your face or especially welcoming, but needs were met with a smile. Great location; just what I wanted with that respect. You can get to anywhere on foot; it's a small city as is. All in all I could keep to myself in a comfortable place, get to where I wanted to go, and not spend a fortune.

Ideal place for budget travellers who wish to stay at a prime location of Singapore. The Bugis shopping area & Bugis MRT station is very close to this hotel. Road side eating places are just round the corner.
Quality of breakfast needs drastic improvement. The breakfast area is also too small - it becomes really chaotic after 9 am.
There are few rooms which don ot have windows !! So one needs to be carefull while booking.
Overall average value for money.

I had just arrived from China having stayed in some very nice hotels, I decided not to spend as much on a room here. I think the drop off in level was more than I expected. This hotel is fine for the budget. You are in a very good location with access to bus, rail.
From a US perspective, this is comparable to a Motel 6 or Motel 8. The service I received paled in comparison to what I had received in China. But I should have expected this.
Overall, if I come to Singapore again (and I could afford it) I would stay at a higher level hotel.

The room was a little on the small size especially when 3 people were sharing the room.
The food was a disappointment!!! Each item on the menu was served cold. It had been left standing for quite some time. Cold breakfast is fine if it is meant to be cold.

I arrived prior to the designated check in time and as non smoking rooms are subject to availability, had only a few minutes wait before being given a room. Centrally located with the Bugis MRT close by, it's an excellent budget choice. The room was clean and the staff efficient and courteous. The breakfast I confirm with other reviewers is wanting.

The hotel is within walking distance from the nearest MRT station, I found the hotel easily after previously looking at the street map on the web. The MRT is so cheap to use and takes you right into the heart of Changi Airport. I slept well that night with no incidental noise from the corridor etc. The room was cleaned and attended to very quickly in the morning after I had had an ample breakfast. The next night was exactly the same.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, however, most cab drivers dun know the hotel n they drove u to another hotel nearby (which is in the opposite end of the street)
The room facilities r okie, but the breakfast buffet is not realli nice, very limited choices n it didnt taste too well. But anyway, it's excellent value for its price charged. Nearby attractions r Guan Yin Temple.

I requested a higher level because of the noise. I was given the 3rd floor, which was noisy. I asked for better room, they said all booked up. The breakfast was average. The staff generally were friendly and helpful. It is a good value for the money paid.
