Bad street
The street in which hotel was located was a very bad street. The whole street is full of prostitutes and their places. Also the check-in process took more than 15 min. The lady staff behavior was friendly.

The room size was okay for the price we paid for it. Even if it was located in the red light district of Singapore, the place is safe. On our first day however, we saw two cockroaches in the room, which was enough to ruin the whole "hotel" experience.

"Cheap" hotel but not a family or couple option
If you are travelling alone and don't care about a noisy hotel and being close to the sex destination street for the Chinese community living in Singapore. Then is a good option.
The room have cockroaches and the bed sheet was shorter than the mattress which made really hard to sleep without touching the naked bed. Also, we had some coffee the first night and no one change the cups for the second night neither change the towels.
However, the staff in reception were really friendly and help us with must of our concerns.

Perfectly adequate, good service
This is a bare-basic hotel with boxy rooms, located in a 'colourful' neighbourhood of brothels and street-walking hookers. Having said that, it's a perfectly adequate, clean and economical place relatively close to the airport. It may be the red light district, but this is Singapore and you will never feel threatened or unsafe. Plenty of great late-night food shops close by, the service staff are very friendly and helpful and the air-conditioning works a treat! Regular travellers will have no complaints at this price.

if you need a bed, toilet and shower this is the place for you, if you are looking for 5* treatment then you should look elsewhere, but just the job for a cheap night! Clean as well! Although could do with a shower curtain
