I found this hotel to be good value for money & service from staff was excellent. My only criticism was that the bathroom had a shower curtain over the bath whereas a shower screen would have been an improvement. I would stay here again. M.Woods Vic.Aust.

In the heart of it all
Perfect location, close to transport including the train station. Rooms are small but that didn't bother me too much as I was really only there to sleep. Breakfast was quite decent. Pool is out door gets the afternoon sun which is nice especially if you've ben trapped in shopping malls all day.

Overall our stay at the hotel was great,The only faults that i have is,the shower curtain in the bath was always blowing into the bath while you were in the shower,even with the door closed.The food could have been given a little bit more thought,the buffet was a great idea but a bit more of a variety would have been better

Its location i.e. within short walking distance to church, MRT, shopping areas while retaining its peaceful atmosphere is ideal . The commendable efficient service of hotel staff and the prompt housecleaning are reasons to book with this hotel again

The hotel is out of my expectation...
The hotel is out of my expectation in many grounds and are better! First and foremost, all the room facilities are well-furbished and the TV screen is so big that its like a mini-theatre!
Bed and floors are clean.
View over the window is good.
Location is perfect to many shoppind arcades. Even my old mother can find the way to.
The minor improvements are that there is no luggage track/route along the lobby and need to carry a few steps to get them to the lifts to rooms. The bellboys are not inviting on abroad to take up luggages(only when departure did they offered a help).
Receptionist should be more trained to their manner/tone and also the response to guests.
All in all, it is definitely a budget hotel worth a stay. Will recommend people and will choose Royal @ Queens in other round when needed.

This was a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. we arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight.They were able to check us in and we got some needed sleep in a very nice room. They could not have been more helpful. The hotel location was very good with easy access to local transportation if needed.Very nice breakfast buffet.I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable and the service was fine. There is very limited resteraunt and bar options available but what was there was OK. It is close to the metro and within walking distance to most places.
Staff were OK but not overly enthused to help with to much unless you keep persisting. i.e. booking a shuttle bus back to the airport, advising on good resteraunts.
