My days
The room is quite small, but the cleanliness was great. But, I did not get a window in my room, it would be nice if I could see the view outside. They changed our towels everyday. The hotel near to bus station and quite far from the nearest MRT station. Over all I glad staying at this hotel :)

We have 4 night stay in this hotel. The customer service is friendly and room is clean. The Hotel is quite a distance from Novena MRT. 15 to 20 minutes walk needed.
Even though the room is small just enough for 2 person but we are quite satisfy with it. We have 4 good night sleep there. It is value for money.

Okay, only for a short stay!
We stayed for 3 nights here. Very small room and very very small bedroom. But,it's a budget hotel anyway. The 2nd three nights onwards, there's problem with the aircond. Floor was flooded wth water. Aircond surely needs servicing to prevent future problems! It's far from Novena MRT. You need a taxi to go to novena square mall. Yet, still recommend this hotel to friends but for a short stays only!

it was ok to stay for five nights for a business stay, I was only there for sleeping. Romm and bathroom is small but clean, you can make your own coffee with the kettle in the room, WiFi connection is not free but rather fast

Confirmation of booking
Upon arriving at fragrance rose hotel and presenting the booking reference, the hotel staff has checked through their computer and there was no confirmation of booking of their room under my name. I got panic. The manager came and help check through and he say it has been cancelled probably due to payment card problem. But how could it be? If there is a problem, it would not have been a successful booking through this website and probably would have informed me of wrong information. Luckily, the manager was kind to carry out the booking and letting us to stay for the rate givien in asiarooms.com. Advise to better double confirm with the hotel before arriving on the day not knowing whether the hotel know about the booking.

Nice, Clean, and Affordable Hotel..
After i spent 3D2N in this hotel..i could said that Fragrance Hotel is a nice hotel. Its affordable. The room is small but clean. The crew is friendly, and its also has a strategic place. Only 2minutes walk from bus stop and 17minutes walk from Novena MRT Station. I do say its worth....since you don't spend to much time in your room, except for sleeping. And.. i'll do recommend this hotel to my friend who's trying to find a nice,clean,and affordable hotel in Singapore..
