It was a nice hotel on a...
It was a nice hotel on a very nice beach. Room service was available in English and they were extremely fast to fix my internet problems mixing remote control for TV. Hotel itself in a nice location with lots of bars and restorans around it to eat american and asian food.

We enjoyed the stay. We received a...
We enjoyed the stay. We received a free upgrade to half Ocean view room. Quite expensive compared to rest of Korea but cheap for 5 star. Easy to catch the local bus to near the hotel and not far from the subway station. Beautiful beach. Pool a bit boring for kids. Fitness club was great.

The all-you-can-eat buffet workers on the first...
The all-you-can-eat buffet workers on the first floor don't provide perfect service during the breakfast but of course, they say sorry for mistakes. The walk on the promenade,next to the sandy beach,is a fine idea. Busan's fish market sells nothing of interest, the poor workers didn't profit from the civil war against North Korea, but there is no need for foreigners to buy fake Gucci goods like watches. There is shopping nearby at stores like "Thai Massage", the sign seen from some Novotel rooms. For over 88,000 Won currency, tea can be drunk in a little room during a foot bath. A foot massage in a big room would be done after the foot bath. More expensive services can be had from the friendly but the women don't speak English. A "Paradise Line" in the English-language brochure costs more than the 88,000 Won service, lasting for hours. The hotel's stationary, and postage bought near the front desk, get the relatives back home informed. Bring your own scotch tape or glue to moisten the envelope's back flap closed. Don't wear slippers outside the hotel room or the staff, using their limited English,will admonish the foreign guest. The signs in English are always useful in Korea, 5% of Koreans are fluent in English.
