This hotel is right on Haeundae beach. The room i got was on the 13 th floor and had a good view of the beach from my balcony. Also it is very reasonably priced for the amenities. The reception staff is very helpful though not very good at english. Also this hotel was previously run by the RAMADA group so it is well built. A highly recommended room if you dont wana spend a lot on the 5 stars nearby the Heundae area.Metro station is a 5 mins walk away. and all the good eateries are a stone s throw away. Was a good experience overall.

Noisy!
The hotel seemed nice at first and I enjoyed it to begin with. The problem was at night when the noise from the club downstairs could be heard in my room, even with the windows shut. Sadly I wouldn't stay in this hotel again simply because of the noise.

Great location but too noisy
The lasting impression I have of this hotel is the noise at night that prevented me from sleeping. The service was good, the room was clean and comfortable but that fact that I got so little sleep while I was there ruined it for me.
The other issue was the lack of a desk in the room. How can it be a business hotel if it does not have a desk in the room to allow you to work while you are there?

Size and location
The large and attractive rooms are the best feature. For the price, a well sized room and great location near the beach, close to great eating and not far from the subway (although taxi's are cheap anyway). I brought my own breakfast so didnt try the in house offerings. Also had my own coffee maker and coffee but a bit shocked to discover no sugar in the room only '3-in-one'. Had to go out at seven in the morning and prowl the streets looking for a shop which could give some sugar sachets! Time to give up sugar I guess.
As I said room is large. Good bathroom with large bath and the basics when it comes to soap etc. TV is huge but all Korean channels even though quite a lot of English speaking guests.

Excellent location and economic rate with seaview
What a great hotel! Very economic rate, big and clean room with good seaview when compared with those high-brand hotels. Location is excellent. It's located at the centre of Haeundae beach, and thus just 5-minutes walking distance to railway station, and 1 minute to the Haeundae beach respectively. A variety of western restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and Korean restaurants nearby. Haeundae market is also just opposite to the entrance of the hotel, thus fruits and daily items can be sourced easily. Recention staff is always helpful and nice, and can speak good English. I'm sure to come back if I go Busan next time, and is highly recommended for travellers.

Excellent hotel
I am surprise to their good service, room was clean and very roomy, friendly servcice even the owner is very kind to all guests., location is excellent and reachable by metro easily, there are so many restaurants nearby to choose. If we come back to Busan we will come back to this hotel again.
