Fuss free stay!
I was impressed by the efficient check in that took less than 5 minutes! The room was of good size and equipped with a business desk with stationary (very thoughtful). We were able to sleep well so that speaks well for the bed. On cleanliness, the room was clean though the housekeeping could have been more thorough, there was a strand of hair and a small clump of gray dust on the sheets which when wiped, left a linear track. My guess is that it's cigarette ash. The service was excellent, the staff at the counter were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I was most impressed by the daily greetings, friendly reminders to bring an umbrella (wet December Taipei) and help with the bags. Breakfast was relatively good with prompt service. Other than a 15mins walk to the metro, there is really nothing to complain about. In short, it is a good stay if you want a no-fuss executive place to stay with good staff.
