Kind of small room, every on and off will have water sounds coming from outside, seems to be lots of water coming down from the upper floor. Got lots of mosquito bite also.

Matters to improve

The management has to improve the quality of room service, the room changed was with the previous bedsheet in the wardrobe untill the end of the journey.
Food in the hotel is not tasty & the daily breakfast serving need to have more choices.
But the massage services are good.

I stayed at White Palace for 7D...

I stayed at White Palace for 7D 6N. The staff are friendly. But they have limited facilites. They don't provide hot water nor coffee and tea packs in the room. You will need to pay 100 baht for 2 packs of sugar. Temparature in the shower tends to change unexpectly even while you are showering. :D Other than that, location wise is excellent. Just 2-mins away to Pratunam Wholesale Market. For muslims, no worries. There are a few halai restaurants available around the market such as "mak meedah restaurant", which is also about 2 mins from white palace. But the BTS train station is rather far. About 15 to 20 mins walk from the hotel. For those who are travelling on a budget, I would recommend this hotel. Have fun!!! :D

Cleaning service tried to kick me out...

Cleaning service tried to kick me out of the room at 11:30am. I ask for a half hour more because I got a bad jetlag after arriving first day. They shout me that I have to open the door latest in 10 minutes they want to clean the room. Never saw this in a 3 Star hotel in Thailand. One afternoon we found a tissue on the ground of the little pool. Next day afternoon the same tissue was in the pool. They dont clean it. Breakfast is every day the same and a little poor. If the management works harder they could make a nice place of the "white palace" Location and building is not so bad. After shower the bathroomfloor is full of water because of a consturction errow.

this hotel made my stay in Bangkok...

this hotel made my stay in Bangkok easy.. its near the city and very near a shopping center this may not be near the airport but give 1 hr for travel time... you can ask for late check out- good!!! may need to improve their swimming pool... thanks!

The first impression is not the very...

The first impression is not the very best. The staff was short but improved greatly and became very friendly. The rooms are in need of renovations but are clean and I had no complaints. What really got to me was the cheek of asking me to pay for a key that has broken whilst trying to open my room door. I refused to do so because I did not get a replacement key and had to ask to have the door opened every time I wanted to enter. They did offer to give me a different room but I said that was all right because I left the next day.Had that incident not happened I would have returned there to stay but not now. It is great for getting to the shops and markets but not so good because of the traffic.

This has been the best comfy and...

This has been the best comfy and budget stay with fanstastic location. Never afraid if hungry, 2 mins walk down the lane, and you will see foodstalls, and of coz Pratunam market! This will always be me and my friends/family perfect stay! Tops services from staff and friendliest counter and hotel staff. Its like going back to hometown whenever we stay here! Great massage services at the level 1 massage and mani/pedi place! Massage aunty was exprienced and most of them understands english!even with some, no worries bout langguage barrier, we can use hand signs! hahaha. It was really a great stay as always! will stay at white palace everytime we go back to the land of smiles!

I stay in this hotel for almost...

I stay in this hotel for almost 4 nights. The location of the hotel is quite terrible almost 250 metres away from main road and you have to walk along this dark alley in order to get to your hotel. For those who choose this hotel i suggest you walk along soi 11 ( i think ) which is the road towards Baiyoke Sky as it is brighter and populated due to the night market and from there walk towards the hotel which is another 50 metres away. The room is clean, big and quite comfortable but do not expect carpet floor and other fancy stuffs. We had water leaking from the toilet ceiling once and the door is quite thin. Hence you are able to hear screaming from next door kids and noise from closing of the door. The plus point is the location which is so near Platinum Mall ,Pantip, Night market and food stores but its a long walk to the nearest BTS Ratchathewei( Approx 800 metres). Good thing is that provide massage services in the hotel lobby so its good for a nice massage after a long day of shopping.
