Two words for the Princeton, dark & brown. The staff were very helpful & friendly. It is an old hotel & it shows. The food was disgusting & it was very hit & miss what you got from room service as they never understood me. I would not recomend this hotel to anybody as it was not cheap & had no redeeming features!!

Other than location this is a very good hotel. It is twice as good as some hotels that are in the main hotel zones of bangkok for the same money.
Service was very good, whether hailing a taxi, providing information or the breakfast service - All staff were most helpful.
Room was clean and comfortable and with real views of the city.

This hotel is out of way from town located next to Din Daeng police station. Many taxis driver had problem locating this hotel until we show them hotel's namecard with map.
On entering the large lobby, we were met by a courteous bell captain. Reception staffs could speak English well and were very efficient. We were given room on 12 floor out of 14. View was good as this hotel was tallest in that area. Executive triple room is huge with a king size bed in 1 room and 1 single bed in the hall. There is also a sofa and writing table. There is a kitchen area and bathroom was also big. Room is clean nicely everyday. When I complain that 1 light was not working. A technician came within 5 minutes to change it. Restaurant was big and breakfast was good with many variety. There is a Family Mart next to hotel selling drinks,sweet etc...
Getting a taxis here to go out is easy. Shopping malls such as JJ Mall/Chatuchak and Central-Lat Phrao are 5 minutes away by taxis. Biggest mall - Future Park Malls at Rangsit is 15 minutes by taxis. Overall, this hotel is good. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The description is misleading, this hotel is no way a 4 star, it is not in the centre of town and the cleanliness is appauling. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy and we unfortunately booked 2 rooms here for 13 nights and could not change hotels as we had already paid. AVOID !!!

No tea/coffee facilities in the room, it's a bit "lousy" to get the hot water from the lift lobby!
