Amazing Location (especially rooms on the upper floors) excellent rooms, superb service and even a happy hour in the br to bring the drinks prices down to "resonable". breakfast was very good and the staff extermely attentive to you needs. Beinf picky the pool although beatiful was a little on the cold side as its in the shade most of the day, this came as quite a shock when I went for a dip. All in all this hotel is a great place to explore Bangkok very resonalbly priced if booked online and I would stay there again if visiting Bangkok

Beautiful hotel with great service. Pretty good location but requires a taxi for almost all outings - we hired one of the street taxis to take us around during our two days at a low price. Hotel food and drinks excellent but a bit pricey. Room extremely clean and minibar well stocked, not large but adequate. 30 second walk next door to office building if you want local eating and McDonald's. KFC and Pizza Hut across a major street from there. Recommend the "night market" not far away from hotel by taxi for some unique shopping and nice entertainment area.

Great location if you want to be...
Great location if you want to be near the BTS and all the buzz on Sukhumvit. Shame the pool is in the shade all day kind of defeats the purpose and with the staff setting up breakfast/lunch tables it spoils the atmosphere.
Overall a good city centre location, clean, convenient, good breakfasts and reasonably priced.
Think on our next trip we'll stay at Riverside again. It's more relaxing and you can go to the busy areas when you want but importantly can get away as well.
