Friendly as Always
Not the cheapest option in Silom Area, but this is balanced by extremely friendly and efficient service. I ordered the car service to collect me from airport, directly with Hotel, and as always worked well. The check in was great - with lots of smiles - you really feel welcomed back. The room slightly dated, particularly the bathroom , but comfortable enough The location is excellent for the business and entertainment districts Would stay again

Great Value
Reading the many good previous reviews made up my mind to stay at this hotel. I am very happy I made this decision and the experience I had in my five days there lived up to my high expectations. Nice accomodation and great service.

The staff were excellent. The 24 hour...
The staff were excellent. The 24 hour meal service was a great boon and the quality of food was first class. Overall however the hotel has a 'tired' feel about it and could certainly do with some refurbishment in the bedrooms, for instance the bed headboard was badly soiled. From my observations I would say that it is more a hotel for single people rather than families.

Stayed again here, as always when in...
Stayed again here, as always when in Bangkok, for the convenience and ease of it. While the breakfast has been commented on by other reviews as being basic and needing some upgrade, it is available 24 hours, which is a huge advantage for a long sleeper like me :-). No-fuss visitor policy also a big plus. Rooms very large, good bathrooms, though the bathroom door wood is worn and they should be replaced soon (no menaingful negative, obviously).

Budget hotel with large rooms and good facilities. Location very convenient for shopping. Internet free, breakfast very basic.

Great service. They even know your name...
Great service. They even know your name and room number when u approached them. I enjoyed the two days stay and this is my fifth time staying in the hotel. It is centrally located near the bars etc. However the breakfast menu need some changes.
