We stayed at the hotel for 1...
We stayed at the hotel for 1 night, the beds were big and nice, but overall the room was wery poor. Even though we reserved a budget place, it could have been a bit better. There were burn marks on the floormats all over the hotel left from ironing. We didnt even have a room key since the previous customer had taken it, so everytime i went for a cigarette, someone from the lobby had to come open the door for me. Room is smelly as well as bathroom....
Room is smelly as well as bathroom. Although we booked two nights, only stay for one. However, the staff is quite nice.

Lang Suan hotel was a good hotel. We...
Lang Suan hotel was a good hotel. We went also to Sawasdee Siam hotel in Pattaya and that was terrible. The rooms were very basic and dirty, the bathroom was worn out and the toilet was broken. The breakfast room was dirty and the warm food was cold. All the chairs on the pool were broken or there was damage on it. Conclusion, Sawasdee Siam hotel is not even a 1 star hotel.

Excellent location, and this is the only...
Excellent location, and this is the only thing that is good about this hotel besides cheap rate. Lighting is poor in the room (more than 1/2 of the lights are faulty); nothing to eat except for fruit for BF, which is also quite limited. Free internet, which is good...... average for budget hotel;
