Good location
Location of the hotel is great. About 5mins walk to the nearest BTS. You can take BTS to the airport and cost 40baht and other direction to Siam (1 stop) hence good for traveller who don't wish to take cab. I have chosen deluxe room, the room was fine for the price but not very nice in terms of decoration. Bed is clean though. So if you are looking for just a place to sleep, with good location and affordable room rates, this hotel is recommended. Breakfast is the same for my 3 days stay.

Second time staying, may not stay here again because felt the standard of customer service had dropped pretty much.
The good:
• Location good - near Pratunam Mkt, Platinum Mall, Airport Rail Link Station
• Discount for Baiyoke Sky Buffet and usage of Baiyoke Sky Swimming Pool
The bad:
• Rude staff (rang our room in VERY early morning twice and started blabbering with stern tone (in english, but hardly understood what he was saying). Asked him to repeat, he hang up the call on me. Apparently, he got the wrong room, he was looking for someone late for the morning tour). Don't remember him apologized for the mistake.
• Staff patronized my quiries (Left our luggages at concierge at check out to go for last minute shopping, asked for string/rope to tie a box, staff said he will do it, asked if there's shuttle to the Airport Rail Station (we were shuttled last trip), he said yes. When we returned to collect our luggages, our box was not tied, staff requested us to walk to the station instead.)
• Lift stops at in between floors to room (with stairs), not so convenient if with heavy luggage (witnessed a lady tumbling down the stairs with her luggage, at the lobby)
• Room with mouldy smell when air conditioner is off

Not Recommended
No variety in hotel breakfast, taste was so-so. Out of my 5 days of complimentary breakfast, I only ate once, as the food is not appealing at all. No slope for the pushing of heavy luggage. Had to carry it all the time as the link to the lift were only stairs access. Not family friendly, not recommended for family with kids and older folks (stroller and wheelchair). Had cracked tiles in the bathroom. Towel hanger in bathroom dropped as the screw came loose. Toilet chocked. Called maintenance twice to clear the chocked toilet. Shower water pressure very low and very unpredictable (one minute hot, the other minute cold. then hot again, etc.) Television programmes very limited, practically all the channels spoke in Thai. To be exact, only about 3 channels spoke in English (Channel News Asia, CNN and Fashion TV).
Will not stay in this hotel again, neither would I recommend it to a friend.

Room condition was bad. Furthermore, a lot of mites were found around the room.it was really disgusting.i called the room service to settle the matter. However,they were not solved the problem either.a little bit disappointed with that kind of services.

Location is good. Except noisy when other hotel guest walk and talk alon corridor. Condition of toilet is not value for money. Breakfast variety is also far compared to international buffet. However, hotel staff are very friendly ad approachable. Not somewhere you want to impress your wife or girlfriend.

Great stay for Shopping!
If you only want to shop and eat in Bangkok, Baiyoke Boutique Hotel is your choice as it is great value for money and within ten to fifteen minutes walking distance to nearby shopping area such as Indra Square, Platinum and Central world. The room decorations is beautiful and is in clean condition, however, the door is just a normal door as you can hear door closing outside loudly. You might want to call for room service as their cafe's food such as Tom Yam Goong and Pad Thai are great compared to all the other places we tried. The customer service is not friendly as when we refer to the late check out for the booking we made with the Asiaroom, the receptionist gave us an unhappy look for that. Anyway, if it's only a place to stay for the night since you are out the whole day, it's worth it!
