Nice place to stay for a long time as well as for a few nights
We stayed here for a few times during our trip to Bangkok. We lived at Bulding A, room #417 and we've got only good impressions for staying there. Staff and management is very helpful and they take care for their business very attentively. Also there is a good 25m swimming pool which is free for hotel guests. The location of the hotel is quite far from city center but there is BTS station (Wongwian Yai) is only 3-5 minutes walk and getting to Siam-BTS station costs 35THB. In addition there is Robinson shopping center and fruit market nearby AiyaResidence.

The best choice in BKK by ratio value for money
Friendly staff, very good swimming pool. Nearest BTS station is about 5 min walk. There is a clean and good size bathroom. I will stay here again !

It is a nice budget hotel with a lot of food stall near the hotel. It is near the BTS as well make it easy access.

it was realy good for us to find this hotel we are a big family with five children and we found two rooms that had enough beds and very nice balconies and the toilet is very clean the closets had enough space.the swimming pool is very clean and big all this with less than 30 dollars a day .the only bad thing that was bad would be one of the A/C wasnt working good but it didnt affect any thing.

cancellation policy
I booked for 16 nights and 3 days before arrival I tried to cancel, hotel informed me that cancellation was not admitted and they would charge me full stay, 16 nights, I can not understand how AsiaRooms post and works together with hotels having such a cancellation policy . Finally I spent the 16 nights there; facilities are ok according to price, service room not so good, quiet and silence place, very close to BTS, that was nice. Swimming pool is very good and very clean.

Hi, Aiya was an excellent place to stay, yet internet wifi was not free. Close to everything i needed more importantly the Sky Train, which made it easy acess to everything in bangkok. will stay there again when i visit bangkok
