Convenient and Nice
The hotel is very close to the night market. Hence it is very convenient to go out of the hotel every night and explore the night market. The room is clean and huge.
The staff are also very friendly and nice. The breakfast was wonderful with a huge variety of food served.
The only bad part of the whole stay is the bathroom shower. It is difficult to adjust it to the right temperature and the water pressure is a little low. It can change drastically from hot to cold in a matter of seconds and it needs constant adjustment while u are showering. The other thing worth mentioning is the lift. It takes a long time for the lift to arrive since there are only 4 lift servicing all the rooms although there is an express lift available for use (that not many people realised).

From six months ago but you have reserved, you can not immediately check-in, we have also changed the room three times.
Welcome drink and did not get, the card of the hotel name.

I have stayed before and will again only when can book through Asia rooms other wise it's to costly considering other hotels around. Tried to book and extra 11 nights but they wanted 2500baht a night. Got a hotel just as good including location for 1500baht

I guess the title says it all, I wouldn't return if it wasn't good. I did have one complaint this time. I was arriving in chiang Mai at about 7.30 after an overnight flight from Melbourne, so I had booked the previous evening to avoid having to wait hours to get into the room, at $37 for the extra night, no big deal. I added the comment at the time of booking that I would not be arriving until the following morning.
Unfortunately I was greeted with "sorry your room not ready yet", I explained that I had paid for the previous night, I was happy for them to find me a higher value room, but they had to get me something now, the first offer of a twin bed room was turned down, and then they did manage to find a king room with just 10 minutes wait.I know that there were a lot of Bangkokians in town, avoiding the Bangkok floods, but they really should read the remarks on the booking form, anyway, no big deal and I will certainly stay again, great value and location.

This is the third time i have stayed here. Each time i have had a different style room and on every occassion i have been happy with the room. Last May i was upgraded to an executive room at no additional cost. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms and although somewhat dated always seem clean. Breakfast is great with a varied assortment of asian and western foods available. The staff are very friendly and their language abilities are no problem.
Location is good for most things. Airport, train & bus stations are a short ride away. Night markets are on the doorstep. For the night owl there are a few bars & restaurants in the neighbourhood. For lovers of authentic thai food there are many stalls that offer good food at rediculously low prices. Massage shops are too numerous to mention at very good prices too.
Swimming Pool is a good size and clean with plenty of lounges at the pool side. For the more energetic there is a fully equipped gym on the premises.
I will stay here again next year without hesitation
