We was second time in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms very clean, the breakfast is good and anything is ok. we go again is this hotel. is in the center from hua hin near beach, restaurant and night market.

Stayed one night. Room was OK, but the breakfast was minimalistic. Not even a cup of tea, but a kind of sandwich, a glass of juice and some vegetables.

Overall we were extremely happy with this hotel - the location was excellent-easy walk to night markets and waterfront restaurants - all one block and they're small blocks. Room basic but had all we needed - very clean - our bathroom had been modernised - very comfy bed - good air con - non smoking hotel - only allowed on balconies - we did not have breakfast - two 711's, 1 min walk. Rooftop pool nice although hot on a sunny day - great though for a refresh after a day out touring. Motor bike rental right out front door and hotel had parking for bike. We would definately stay again and recommend to our family and friends. Not a hotel for those who want 5 star.

Thipurai city was great to stay at. (only upgrade to a superior room if you want a double as no twin beds exist in this category) if your coming by taxi/tuktuk make sure you say thipurai city as there is a thipurai hotel in another part of hua hin! can get quite confusing for the taxi drivers.
The hotel was really nice close to everything. about a 10 min walk to beach. This was my first time to hua hin and the hotel really made it enjoyable.
the pool is nice and never gets too busy. there are some families but most people spend their time at the beach.
the service is really good. kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit of a let down not enough choice or cooked badly. rooms really nice and clean you have a shower room instead of a proper bathroom, even tho water runs everywhere it was ok.
I would stay here again!

room 302: First day odor came from...
room 302: First day odor came from bath roon drain.
Sixth day shower handle came lose, i put it back on.
Tenth day. A/c started rattling at 3 am., turned it off at 5 am . Found flakes of something on the floor under the A/C, I let front desk know. The A/C didn't work for the rest of the morning--good thing Iwas leaving that day.
Second to ninth day housekeeping never cleaned the bathroom sink.
Bed side lamp fixture lose.
