The hotel was ok.clean and new but...
The hotel was ok.clean and new but if you imagine about " resort& spa" this hotel is absolutely not!the location is off from town and close to the street, noisy. Very dissappointed! The staff were ok. The most nice one is parking guard on the day shift.

Very good service in a clearly new...
Very good service in a clearly new structure. Good breakfast buffet, which - unfortunately - appears not to be available on Mondays, when a smaller selection of the same food is served at your table. Very nice experience overall.

The hotel is clean with pleasant staff....
The hotel is clean with pleasant staff. Useful broadband wireless connection although not for free as in many hotels around the world.

room nice , but one thing that...
room nice , but one thing that was very bad was the staff, including the F @ b manager, the only nice ones were the car park security guards . Nice hotel but management please wake up and sort out the customer service .

The hotel is brand new and siome...
The hotel is brand new and siome some remind you that they just finsihed the construction. But bedides from this, the hotel appears spotless and very modern with a stylish design. The pool is very nice and has a jacuzzi, however, after 2pm the pool areas has no direct sun. Rooms are very clean with a modern tile floor and wooden furniture, bathrooms with rainshower and seperate bath tub (Deluxe). Service is ok considering that this is a new hotel, everbody speaks english and is very helpful. i would recommand this hotel for a weekens stay from BKK and a gold holiday, as well as for families as the beach (ca. 200m) is very wide with lots of sand and shallow water.
