staff friendly and helpful. disappointed in the room, we felt like we were in the car park and not belonging to the hotel. Budget rooms needs some serious updating and painting. bed and towels changed daily, although could do with some newer towels as bit thin and some threadbear.
the pool area very appealing as right next to the beach, with lovely views. tidy garden areas, clean and tidy poolside toilets.

My second time there. I only ate the breakfast, because it was, included- otherwise the food was ordinary. Friendly staff;everything was clean. Had an excellent massage as well. Some simple, moveable chairs around the pool would be good- and trying to discourage people from claiming lounge chairs at 7 in the morning while hardly ever using them.

Quite small hotel in a good place by the Klong dao beach. Pool area is very nice with a children´s pool and sea view.
Basic breakfast, nothing special. Unfortunately the room was quite a dissapointment! Old furniture, door was hard to lock, no safety box in the room, no good space for a baby cot or an extra bed, air condition stopped working many times during the night and the bathroom was a disaster.
Not good value for the price, there are many cleaner hotels in the same beach for better value. We were supposed to stay in Andaman Lanta resort for a week but changed hotel after two nights.

Stayed there for 2 nites for 2 chalets. We manage to get the adjorning unit which is good. Both rooms are by the sea which we like it very much... however the service provided is so so.. no water kettle and each time we needed hot water we need to call them to bring over. As there are 6 of us obviously 2 small pots will not be enough for us. We cant get hot water after 10p.m. as the kitchen is closed and guess what.. they ask us to walk to 7 11 to get hot water. We bought 2 small pots and only manage to cook 3 packet of maggiemee... We ask for adapter and they told us to wait which we waited for 30 minutes and when we call again.. they told us that they do not have it.
As for location.. it's beginning of the beach so if you could like to see excitment you need to walk a distance...

Our 2nd stay at Andaman Lanta in a SUP.room with seaview. With 3 beds there is not a lot of space in the room but it is nice and clean. Lots of children around which is nice when you travel with kids yourself.Wonderful natural beach without umbrellas hiding the view.
We found the service at the hotel better than last year - maybe the staff was trained better in the mean time?
Good massage right next to the beach.Restaurant OK but we preferred to go with the scooter-taxi into town (40-50 Baht) and use the fish restarants there (better price).

Very nice place to stay. We booked a standard room with AC. We were in the reception building on the second (and last) floor. The room was very clean, very nice and tis size was OK. The hotel was nice, nice swimming, not so big but ok. We ate at the restaurant several times for lunch and dinner. It was good and cheap. Employees are not very friendly but OK. We rent a motobike but it was quite expensive in comparison wih other hotels : 4 euros per day. Good place to stay !

Wow, what shall I tell about this Hotel. Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in! It's an absolutely insolence that this should be a 5* Hotel, it's not more than 1*!
- Unfriendly and slow reception!
- Bad smelling "Lobby" (Toilet Parfume)!
- Dirty floors (Food and garbage on the floor!)
- Antz in the room!
- Fridge didnt' work!
- Terrible Bathroom/Shower (1 Waterdrop every 30
seconds). Dirty Bathtowels...!
- Dirty Swimmingpool!
- Rude and unfriendly staff at the Restaurant!
- Flies and Antz in the Breakfast Food!
- ...... there is NO positive point! Just more
negative points.
We didn't expect a high Standard, but there is no Standard! We checked out after 1 day (Booked 3 nights), but they didn't realise that! Asiarooms should remove this Hotel from their Website, do everyone a favour! Thanks!

This was a beautiful place everything one could wish for. Staff were brilliant, restaurant great (if you don't like weak coffee at breakfast they will make fresh pot/s for you just ask!!! Food aswell bacon etc.)
