Hotel was facilieties were ok, pool area...
Hotel was facilieties were ok, pool area was nice, but off season was coming and its was seen in service and cleanliness. Breakfast table selection was ok, but hygiene was't taken good control. There were ants in maple syryp in several morning and sushi was full of ants and didn't look good to eat otherwise. In this class hotel I except little more even it is nearby off season. I could recommend for families with kids or seniors.

We were very disappointed with this hotel....
We were very disappointed with this hotel. It is a three star property with a five star price. Given price, we expected much more. The buffet breakfast was not up to par with other similarly priced hotels in Thailand. Stayed at Dusit Laguna in Phuket and paid less and got much more. This is a new property but still we had a water leakage in the bathroom. The gym was an unattended room with over 10 year old equipment. Some machines were broken. Simply, this is not value for money. For a couple of days of our stay, the main pool water was murky (i.e., not clear). The hotel gave guests a free buffet dinner as a compensation for the pool situation. However, they informed guests about the free dinner the day after the dinner. Great!

We have been upgraded from Emerald suite...
We have been upgraded from Emerald suite to the Gold Suite with a direct access to the Swimming pool. It was very nice to enjoy it. Location is very nice as Klong dao beach is beautiful and the hotel is really close to the beach. However, the cleanliness of the room was average as there were some croakroches we had to kill! Restaurant was average for such a luxury hotel. Thai and international food meals on the menu were too standard. The Hotel is not fully finished. So, there were some on going painting or fixtures works but nothing crucial. The first day we were very pleased by the professional welcome but when we checked out, we had to pay for some broken soap device : 500 THB ! I think that with such fares, they should have been more commercial. In conclusion, i think this hotel is a nice one but it does not deserve 5 stars and thus their fare are too expensive (especially, if you are less lucky than me with no upgrade)!
